We are located on the first floor of Pintail House, Duck Island Lane, Ringwood, BH24 3AA.
Pintail House is situated in Duck Island Lane, off Christchurch Road (B3347) and near the roundabout with Castleman Way.
We are a 10-minute walk from the centre of Ringwood and the bus station.
We have limited parking around the back of the building, and the area to the front of the building is private so please do not park there. We encourage daytime visitors and participants to park in Ringwood and walk along Bickerley Road to get to us.
We are based on the first floor and are currently fundraising for a stair lift. If you struggle with stairs, please let us know and we will do all we can to help.
We have a kitchen area for re-filling water bottles (and Act Your Age members get tea and biscuits!).
There are two gender neutral toilets.
