Nicola is a Trustee of various not-for-profit organisations and chairs a local community charity. Her management and governance experience derives from a career in public and private sectors, including senior business, diplomatic and consultancy roles in culturally diverse environments.
Earlier work in local television, training and education, informs Nicola’s understanding that strategic oversight needs to be accountable, yet flexible in supporting innovation, in order to achieve charitable objectives in a challenging local Arts environment.
